Returns Policy:

Textbook Return Policy

The last day to return textbooks for the Sping 2010 term is January 18 2010. New textbooks must be in original condition - no highlighting, writing, bent corners, all pieces & components of packages intact. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

Non-Book Return Policy

  • Merchandise ordered on our website may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a copy of the receipt along with a brief explanation for the return or exchange.

  • Defective merchandise may be exchanged only.

  • We do not refund shipping for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
